PSI suspended for releasing suspect without inquiry

A police station (PSI), a police station on the grounds, was suspended after allegedly released a suspect without questioning.

Police on the private Drive detained the suspect and brought him to the station for an investigation. The defendant at the station was allegedly released without any investigation or collecting any documents from him.

When the senior officials returned from a special driving, the incident appeared to find out that the suspect was already released. The issue was appointed as the Deputy Police Commissioner (DCP) and the issue was promoted to the Commissioner. PSI, who received strong objections to the alleged behavior, was suspended to give up the task and a department investigation against him was ordered.

This is the sixth police officer suspended last week. Koramangala and Halasuru Gate Inspectors were among the five police officers suspended for recent charges of corruption and disguising.
