Pulwama Attack Mastermind Hamza Burhan Shot Dead in PoK

Hamza Burhan, known as ‘Doctor’ and considered one of the planners of the 2019 Pulwama attack, was killed by unidentified gunmen in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (POK).

More than 40 CRPF personnel were killed in the Pulwama attack.

Burhan was declared a terrorist by the Union Home Ministry in 2022.
