Punjab and Haryana HC issues notice to Haryana govt. over ‘pathetic’ Gurugram roads

On Thursday, Punjab and Haryana Supreme Court issued notifications to the Haryana government by the Gurgram residents on “pathetic” roads, traffic wrong management, security tours and a public interest case (PIL) about the rape in the fields of South City 1 and the surrounding areas.
Head Justice Sheel Nagu and Justice Sanjiv Berry’s chapter bench, the Haryana government, the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP), the municipal company Gurigram and other officials, Tugadeer Paramjit Singh and other officials opened by Nia, Navneet Singh and other officials.
The 150 -page petition argued that with the annexes, whether the petitions have not been rejected in accordance with Article 21 of the Constitution, or not, including whether the authorities caused arbitrary behaviors in violation of natural justice.
The petition opened through the advisor Yamini Nain said that the residents have consumed all the existing solutions and left no choice but to carry the court.

The petitions pointing to the detailed project reports prepared for road construction (DPRS) said that they could not solve the problems because no action was made. “The authorities refused to act in DPRs, from tenders to road and sewage works to address other problems,” he said.
Singh Dhanda, representing the petitions, added that the condition of the roads is “pathetic ve and that the residents suffer from rape and traffic chaos. The petition owners sought court instructions for proper implementation of the DPR prepared by the authorities.
