Rahul Praises Telangana Model As Social Justice 2.0

Haydarabad:AICC leader Rahul Gandhi once again praised the caste census of TaLangana, and called it a groundbreaking initiative to social justice, an inclusive approach. Rahul Gandhi described the Telangana model as “Social Justice 2.0 ,, emphasizing that it was strengthened by 21st century data and could serve as a template for the rest of India.
Congress in Delhi on Friday, addressing the ” Bhagidari Nyay Sammelan ‘, Gandhi emphasized how the caste census in TaLANgana emerged from the planned caste (SC), the planned tribes (ST) and other retrospective classes (ST).
Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the opposition in Lok Sabha, said that people from these marginal communities are not at the top levels of the institutional administration where very lakh salary packages are privileged.
Rahul Gandhi, who detailed the findings of the TaLANgana census, emphasized that SC, ST and OBC communities are typically used in low -paid sectors such as Mgnrega or concert workers, and largely from the upper castes have benefited from financial awards.
Rahul Gandhi also reflected in Congress’s emotional connection with TaLangana, and reminded Sonia Gandhi’s important role in the formation of the state. He was proud of the efforts of the Congress to conduct the socio-economic caste survey of the Congress-led government, and called the “sincere, inclusive and counseling process kasar, which sets a new standard on how to approach caste-based data in India.
Based on this survey, the TELANGANA government proposed a reservation of 42 percent for the OBCs in local organ elections and educational institutions, which are currently a move waiting for the presidential consent.
Rahul Gandhi accused his government of inadequate representing the marginal communities in India’s bureaucracy in the center of BJP.
He pointed out that branches, retrospective classes, tribes and minorities constitute about 90 percent of the country’s population together, but there is no great extent in key policy -making positions. Rahul Gandhi, “Halwa budget was distributed before the preparation, 90 percent of the person who represented,” he said.
“You are the one who makes this 90 percent of the nation’s productive power, but they eat it.”
When the Congress leader entered politics under the UPA-1 government in the center in 2004, he accepted a past transition to not giving priority to a caste census. Im I regret, if I had more information about your history and problems, I would push it for a caste census at that time. But I will fix it, ”he confessed.
