Linda Yaccarino, CEO of X (formerly called Twitter), announced that he resigned from his role. After being the highest role for two years, he announced the decision. In an article in X, Yaccarino said the last two years were ‘incredible’ and that the team was proud of their achievement. Yaccarino tweeted his resignation on Wednesday, “X is really a digital town square for all sounds and the world’s most powerful cultural signal. We failed this without the support of our users, business partners and the world’s most innovative team.”

Who is Linda Yaccarino?

Yaccarino is a senior advertising manager who previously chaired NBCuniversal’s advertising business. Born in 1963, Yaccarino went to Pennsylvania State University and studied liberal arts and telecommunications. Firstly, he participated in TED Turner’s television and media holding in January 1992 as the Deputy Chairman and Chief Officer of Advertising Sales, Marketing and Purchases. He worked with the company for about twenty years, 19 years and 11 months.
