The internet reacts
Netizens on social media were clearly disappointed with the lack of civic sense among people and questioned the mentality of people in Bihar.
‘Isi liye nhi aate Bihar mai (mai Bihari hun)’ said one user. Others said, ‘No party can bring change and development unless the people of Bihar change their mentality and behavior.’ he said.
A third user said: ‘It may seem funny at first but it actually reflects a worrying lack of discipline and sense of citizenship. If our future leaders are celebrating in this way, it raises serious concerns about the values we support.’
