Royal fans issue same complaint about Prince William’s birthday photo | Royal | News

It was shared with the text “Happy Birthday and Father’s Day to the best Dad in the world! We love you so much. C, G, C and L” and an emoji consisting of two pink hearts. The family were at Trooping the Color last weekend and the photo shared on social media was taken in the gardens of Kensington Palace after the ceremony, with William wearing the red uniform of the Welsh Guards, of which he is a colonel, and Charlotte wearing her cream dress. However, fans were disappointed that all of William’s children were not included in the photo, which did not include Prince George and Prince Louis.
One user said on X: “Ok I love the post but why only Charlotte? [crying face emoji].”
Another agreed: “It’s a bit weird to post a photo with an only child.”
A third asked: “Why not one with all 3 kids?”
A fourth commented: “Why aren’t there C, G and L in the photo?”
During his birthday week, the Prince of Wales appeared with his wife at Royal Ascot for the first time since 2023.
On Wednesday, Princess Catherine and William took part in the traditional carriage ride, enjoyed races in the royal box and even joked with former England coach Sir Gareth Southgate ahead of the World Cup match against Croatia.
The princess appeared at the famous Berkshire gathering for the first time since being diagnosed with cancer in early 2024 and subsequently undergoing successful chemotherapy treatment.
The couple also attended Garter Day celebrations at Windsor Castle on Monday.
