So BHP muzzled us in Court | The West Report

Michael West Media recently clashed with BHP in the Federal Court, where The Great Australian is pushing for a closed court and suppression orders. They won the second one… for now.
The first hearing meant Michael West Media had to remove some of its own reporting before returning to court next week on June 4 for further sentencing.
BHP got what it wanted but we have a small gain. BHP’s MinterEllison lawyer stayed out of the case due to a conflict of interest and withdrew a significant portion of his affidavit on the grounds that the legal language was sketchy.
