Supreme Court mulls larger Bench reference in Meghalaya honeymoon murder case

Attorney General Tushar Mehta has raised the question of whether merely mentioning a wrong legal section, especially a typo, in an arrest note in the “shocking” murder case is enough to invalidate the arrest and grant bail.
