Supreme Court questions birthright citizenship

During more than two hours of arguments, U.S. Attorney General John Sauer tried to convince the justices that the 14th Amendment, which granted birthright citizenship and expanded it to formerly enslaved people, and court decisions and laws later passed by Congress all mistakenly expanded birthright citizenship.
