70.58% candidates clear Intermediate 2026

Girls outperformed boys in the first and second grade midterm exams, the results of which were announced on Sunday.

Of the total 5,07,948 candidates who appeared for the Secondary Second Year examinations held in March 2026, including regular and special candidates in general and vocational streams, 3,58,490 candidates passed the exam – an average pass rate of 70.58%.
