Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation To Auction 66+ Acres In Osmannagar And Raidurg

Haydarabad: The TaLangana Industrial Infrastructure Company proposed to open 17 land parcels measured more than 66 acres in Osmannagar and Raidurg. Among these, 17 of them are found in Osmannagar and the remaining four are found in Raidurg.

The largest land is a place of 17.35 acres in Osmannagar. For this, the sad price per acre is 13.80 Crore and the market value is 21.20 RS.

The second largest land is 11 acres in Raidurg. The sad price of this land parcel per acre is 44.30 RS and the market value is 63.30 RS per acre. The third largest land parcel is 7.67 acres in Raidurg.

In the block, Raidurg contains 0.47 acres and smaller land parcels with 0.50 acres.
