Super Typhoon Ragasa Intensifies Near Luzon Strait, Heads Toward South China Sea and Guangdong

Hong Kong Observatory (HKO) warned that Typhoon Ragasa can concentrate on a super taga, threatening winds, floods and sea levels with destructive Typhoons Hato (2017) and Mangkhut (2018).
