Meta brings legal challenge against UK media regulator over fees

Monica Carss-Frisk KC, on behalf of the tech giant, said in court papers that Ofcom’s approach was “problematic” and had led to “a handful of companies such as Meta bearing the vast majority of Ofcom’s costs, despite clearly stating that it is interested in a wide range of internet services offered in the UK”.
