Woman dies after alleged shooting on the Gold Coast
A man has been charged with murder after a woman was shot dead in Brisbane’s south.
The 23-year-old victim was found with life-threatening injuries by emergency services at a residence on Loder Street in Biggera Waters on the Gold Coast at around 8pm on Sunday.
He died at the scene.
A man of the same age was arrested.
He is charged with domestic violence murder and unlawful possession of weapons used to commit a criminal offense.
The man will appear in Southport Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
