Russian general reveals Putin’s terrifying 2026 orders as WW3 fears skyrocket | World | News

Vladimir Putin has ordered his army to expand the war and capture large new areas of Ukrainian territory in 2026, a top Kremlin general revealed on camera.
The movement deals a damaging blow Donald Trumpcarefully prepared peace plan.
It was revealed during a visit by military top commander General Valery Gerasimov to a front command post that Putin had instructed his commanders to occupy parts of the Sumy and Kharkiv border regions.
The new land grab is being billed as an expansion of a “buffer zone” and the controversial order shows Putin has no intention of heeding US pressure to stop the war.
The new invasion attempt appears to be revenge for Russia’s claim that Ukraine deliberately targeted Putin’s palace in Valdai in the Novgorod region in a drone swarm attack.
It is widely seen as a hoax and Russia has offered no evidence of the attack on a forest retreat the Kremlin dictator shared with his love Alina Kabaeva, 42, and their young sons, aged ten and six.
Gerasimov conveyed Putin’s order while inspecting Russia’s troop contingent in the North ahead of the New Year, when the country will go on 12 consecutive days of public holiday.
The 70-year-old general said: “The joint group’s troops are confidently advancing deep into the enemy’s defenses and achieved their highest offensive tempo to date in December.
“More than 700 square kilometers during the month [270 square miles] their lands were taken….
“The Northern Group of Forces completed the liberation of the Kursk region [in Russia] In accordance with the instructions of the Commander-in-Chief [Vladimir Putin]It creates a security buffer in the border areas of the Sumy and Kharkiv regions of Ukraine.
“President of the Russian Federation [Putin] “He has set himself the task of continuing to expand the security buffer next year to ensure the peaceful life of residents of the Belgorod and Kursk regions.”
Trump said he was “very angry” when Putin told him that Ukraine had attacked the Valdai Palace, one of the most heavily guarded places in the world.
But the United States appeared to accept that the Russian dictator may not have been telling Trump the truth.
America’s Ambassador to NATO, Matthew Whitaker, was skeptical of Putin’s claim that there was a drone attack on the palace.
“It’s unclear whether this actually happened,” he said.
He was skeptical that Ukraine would do something so “reckless or unhelpful” to the peace agreement.
Volodymyr Zelenskiy said, “The attacks on Putin’s house in Valdai are a hoax. Nobody attacked.”
Railway workers on the secret line to the palace told reporters that they had heard nothing from their defence.
The allegations are seen as a “false flag” that will derail peace talks so Putin can continue fighting.
Overnight, the Russians again struck helpless civilians, especially in the Black Sea port of Odessa, which faced heating and power outages in sub-zero temperatures.
While entire apartment buildings were set on fire in a violent drone attack, a seven-month-old baby and two children aged eight and 14 were among Putin’s victims.
Deputy Oleksiy Goncharenko said, “It’s a disaster in Odessa. There is no electricity, heat and water in a part of the city.” “The only thing we should strive for is peace.”
Civilians were also injured as a result of the shooting of residential buildings in Bila Tserkva in the Kyiv region.
Ukraine has completed a record month of attacks on Russian energy facilities seen as military targets.
In the latest attack, a strategic oil facility in Tuapse in the Krasnodar region went up in flames.
A gas pipeline and a pier in a Black Sea port were also hit. It is stated that two people were injured.
