Lamborghini heir checks into India’s branded homes market with ₹4,000 crore Gurugram project

BENGALURU: Lamborghini family heir Tonino Lamborghini is entering India’s fast-growing branded residential market through its partnership with Signature Global (India) Ltd, underlining the growing global interest in the country’s luxury residential segment.
The collaboration is for a 12.4-acre residential project in Gurugram’s Sector 71, comprising 812 units in three, four and 4.5-bedroom configurations. The project requires an estimated investment ₹2,891 crore is scheduled to launch this weekend, a company spokesperson said Mint on Thursday. The gross development value of the project is approx. ₹4,000 crore. Pricing will be announced at launch.
The spokesperson added that Lamborghini will lead the creative direction of the project, infusing its Italian design and lifestyle philosophy into the architecture and overall experience, while Signature Global will handle development, implementation and sales.
Lamborghini is the son of Ferruccio Lamborghini, the founder of the iconic Italian car brand.
The eponymous lifestyle label covers high-end furniture, home decor and accessories and extends into the hospitality industry, including five-star hotels and restaurants.

The entry comes at a time when there is a revival in branded housing in India, driven by strong demand for luxury housing from high net worth buyers seeking living spaces in branded housing on a global scale. The segment sparked a wave of global collaborations. M3M India plans to invest ₹3,500 crore in branded residences in Gurugram and Noida in partnership with Elie Saab this year.
While M3M has already delivered Trump-branded residences in Gurugram, Smartworld Developers has launched a second Trump Residences project in 2025. Last year, M3M also hired Jacob & Co for a branded project in Noida. contacted.
Savills said the supply of branded homes in Asia-Pacific has increased by 55% in the last five years, with India, as well as Vietnam and Thailand, among the key contributors.
