AP offers 15% pg seat to in -service PHC doctors
Vijayawada:The Andhra Pradesh government agreed to provide 15 percent of graduate seats to doctors working in the primary health centers (PHCs) in the province.
The reservation percentage will apply to all special courses in the clinical category.
Reservation Proposal Secretary (Health) Sourabh Go and Health Commissioner G. Veherapandian’s PHC Doctors Association representatives took place after negotiations.
Following the announcement, medical officials asked striking PHC doctors to continue their duties in their primary health centers to continue to receive health care of patients, especially in rural areas.
