Rarely seen country icon Tim McGraw stepped out with wife Faith Hill to support their neo-baby daughter Audrey while performing at the Silver Lining Lounge in NYC on Thursday.

The 58-year-old singer’s appearance at the special event comes amid recent health issues, including multiple back surgeries and a double knee replacement.

McGraw, who performed in California last month, also admitted that he was ‘seriously considering’ stepping away from music due to health problems.

The three-time Grammy winner had a proud smile on his face as he cheered on Audrey, 23, as she performed to the crowd at the Big Apple venue.

She sported a casual look wearing a long-sleeved gray sweater, classic jeans, and a dark gray knit beanie on top of her head.

A source who was present during the performance told the Daily Mail: ‘Tim kept rotating both his shoulders as if they were in pain.’

Faith was also stylish in a black turtleneck sweater, which she paired with black Alo trousers and boots.

Both Tim and Faith were seen next to a sofa on one side of the live music bar, watching their youngest child take the stage.

The couple, who got married in 1996, are also the parents of two daughters: Gracie (28) and Maggie (27).

For the occasion, Audrey wore a sheer black crop top with sparkly embellishments and matching trousers.

She layered the ensemble with a long black coat and wore a pair of black ankle boots as the finishing touch.

Following her performance, the trio joined their famous parents as they paused for a few memorable photos together.

Audrey is following in their musical footsteps and working on other projects in the entertainment industry.

‘I had back surgery before the tour last year and that affected me badly at the beginning of the tour and it was kind of making up for my knees giving out in the third week of the tour,’ he explained at the time.

In addition to canceling tour dates, Tim also left the Netflix bull riding series as he recovers from back surgery.

Late last month, Tim admitted during a concert at the Yaamava Theater in Highland, California, that he was considering quitting music due to health issues.

‘I’ve had four back surgeries and a double knee replacement in the last few years alone,’ he said. Fox News.

‘After going through all of this for a few years and being depressed, when things weren’t going well, this spring, before I had my last back surgery, things started to get really bad.’

The singer later told the crowd: ‘I was seriously thinking too and trying to figure out how to walk away.’

Tim explained that stepping away from music was something he “didn’t want to do” but added that he “didn’t think it was going to get any better.”

But he said positively: ‘But it has gotten better. During this process, I had an idea for this song about coming to terms with age and all the things that come with it.’

The singer stated that his wife Faith also had her own surgeries and said, ‘My wife has had many surgeries. He has had five neck surgeries and hand surgery. But hand surgeon Dr. Rose is here tonight.’

He also greeted the surgeon and other doctors who were there during the concert.

The country singer is preparing for her performances in Las Vegas next month, starting on December 4th.

He will appear at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace and the four dates will conclude on December 13.
