Savannah Guthrie begs for tips after ransom note declares mother dead
Large search team deployed in Mexico for Nancy Guthrie
Fox News reported that a massive search was launched in Mexico for Nancy Guthrie, the mother of Savannah Guthrie, following an anonymous tip about a shallow grave near the Nogales border. Christina Coleman details how the location was checked but Nancy Guthrie was not found. The Pima County Sheriff’s Department said the investigation is ongoing.

Savannah Guthrie asked viewers Tuesday to provide new information following reports that one of the ransom notes sent to her family said her mother had died.
“I want to take the opportunity to ask people, really implore people to come forward. Somebody knows something. This is a new story that’s on your radar today, but this is a life that my sister lived, that I lived, that my brother lived, that our extended families live, that our children live every day. We are suffering,” said Savannah Guthrie on Tuesday.
Sunday marks 20 weeks since Nancy Guthrie was kidnapped from her home in the Catalina Mountains north of Tucson.
