Connecticut GOP accuses Democratic school board chairman of celebrating Charlie Kirk's murder

On Friday, the Connecticut Republican Party accused a democratic state education official of publishing a “creepy reaction” on social media.
The party shared a screenshot of what seems to be a social media account of the Farmington Education Board, Chairman of the Farmington Education Board and “they collect what they planted.”

Connecticut Republican Party Chairman Ben Proto said in a statement, “Farmington’s children responsible for the education of their children, you will expect Mr. Beckert to show the restriction and basic morality.” He said.
“Instead, he celebrated the brutal murder of a young husband and two fathers with a single ‘crime’ idea. This is strange. Betrayal to the values that every educator and the public official must embody.”
Proto added that Kirk’s beliefs are “based on the belief and love of the country” and “never invites violence”.
Proto also accused Beckert of silencing those who did not agree with him.

On the other hand, Florida Education Commissioner Anastasios Kamoutsas wrote in a note sent to public school inspectors this week and said that the Florida Ministry of Education plans to investigate all the teachers dealing with Kirk’s death in the state.
