Teacher killer refuses to face victims in court

A very popular English teacher found an online roommate and invited him to act with him.

Within four weeks, he killed his new roommate Annette Brennan and threw his body into a court “in an extremely insensitive action” into a green waste trash.

He changed the boxes with a neighbor and left the 67 -year -old child out of another property on a thousand days.

When the waste workers found the ruins of the teacher, days later, on a clue in the north of Melbourne, Mrs. Brennan’s body was so bad that no cause of death was found.

The murderer Stephen Fleming could be released from prison less than ten years after he accepted a sentence indicator and was found guilty of killing a few months before a hearing.

On Monday, the Minister refused to take a prison bus to join the Melbourne Supreme Court, where Ms. Brennan’s favorite statements attended.

48 -year -old Fleming appeared instead of a video connection from prison.

Many of Ms. Brennan’s close friends went to court on Monday and read the statements of the prosecutor David Glynn.

Mrs. Brennan involved in Nanette Austin, whom she expressed disappointment about Fleming in the days before she killed her.

“Annette’s death was a big shock … Nobody should die like that, she was filled like a garbage in a wheelbird,” Mrs. Austin said.

Ms. Brennan told Mrs. Austin about Fleming about Fleming, she said she didn’t pay rent for two weeks and she was in contact with her hosts.

Fleming was moved with Mrs. Brennan on June 6, 2024 after advertising at Flatmates.com.au to fill the empty rooms he rented Coolarooo.

Two weeks later, Fleming contacted his hosts to ask Mrs. Brennan to be removed and added to him.

Ms. Brennan said her sister Fleming was “a little strange” and put a lock in her own bedroom.

Prosecutors say that Fleming had killed Mrs. Brennan on July 1, and put her body in a garbage box before cleaning the inner part of the stock houses to destroy the evidence and move about three days later.

His DNA was found in the handles of the garbage box and the gloves in it.

“The guilty knew what would happen to the body of the deceased while throwing him, or he was a great disrespect to this organ.” He said.

“An extremely insensitive action, literally shocking.”

This said Fleming had aggravated his crime and killed a vulnerable woman who had to feel safe at home.

Fleming had a history of crime, including reckless behaviors containing the police, and at that time was at the command of the community correction.

Lawyer Michael McGrath, Fleming’s culprit objection should give him a discounted penalty and psychiatric and drug addiction problems will make his time in prison more burdensome.

Friends referred to Mrs. Brennan as a very popular “kind, smart and community -minded” woman who will start a new job to teach English in the month she was killed.

“The death of me was ruined and grief. I have a lot of unanswered questions.” He said.

Fleming was told that he had to come to court on October 29th.
