Telangana Speaker To Seek Legal Opinion On SC Directive On Disqualification Of 10 Turncoat MLAs

Haydarabad: TELANGANA Parliament Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar said that on Thursday, the Supreme Court Order will consult the law experts after receiving a copy of the Supreme Court order to disqualify the BRS MLAs and take the future action.
Former Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar said that the courts could not question the president and speakers.
Prasad Kumar, PTI said in a statement on the phone, “After taking the full copy of the High Court will consult the legal experts. We will inform you of the future action process.”
Answering a question, the speaker said that they have already made notifications to the BRS lawmakers who fled to Congress and they are looking for some time to answer.
On Thursday, the Supreme Court decided to decide to decide on disqualification petitions against 10 BRS MLA, who opposed the Independence Congress within three months, in three months, and said that the political flaws had the power to disrupt democracy if they were not interrupted.
