The state government has also provided access to results through the MeeSeva WhatsApp chatbot, where students can get their marks directly on their phones from 2.30 pm on April 29.
To get the result instantly, students need to save the number 8096958096, send a “Hello” message, select the SSC results option and enter their hall ticket number. The service is expected to reduce delays caused by heavy traffic on websites and allow students to check results from home, officials said.
Launched on November 18, 2025, the WhatsApp platform is already widely used for services such as certificates, bill payments and entrance exam downloads and is now being extended to SSC results as part of the state’s digital service offering.
Ahead of the results, Tele-MANAS advisors asked students and parents to approach the day calmly and ask for help if needed. Jawaharlal Nehru P., senior psychologist at Tele-MANAS in Telangana, said: “Don’t panic. The results are temporary. They are merely feedback on what the student has written earlier and can be improved.” “Grades are just numbers and depend on preparation. Don’t make the situation scary or tense.”

Nehru also urged people to be alert for signs of distress. “If anyone sees a child being isolated or struggling, notify authorities or seek help immediately. With timely support, lives can be saved,” he said, noting that many successful people in life fail to score top marks in Class X.
