The San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) confirmed to Fox News Digital that officers responded to reports of an attack in progress at a Whataburger at 3 a.m. on October 5th. Police said the fight started after “the two parties argued over confusion over orders.”

The video, obtained by Fox News Digital and posted by Rebecca Noel, shows the fast food fight. In the video, which has been shared more than 1,000 times, a woman can be seen punching another woman at the counter as a man in a gray shirt walks towards them. Later, several people joined the fight.

As other people joined the scene, fists remained in the air and continued to degenerate into chaos. The gray-shirted man was thrown to the ground as six men punched and kicked him until he was caught curled up in a fetal position.

At least three other people were seen recording the argument. A member of the audience tried to break up the fight and said, “Stop. What’s your problem?” He was heard shouting. He then called the police, who came to break up the fight.

SAPD said no serious injuries were reported at the scene and all seven suspects were arrested on charges of assault causing bodily injury.

Noel said the families involved will file criminal charges against the individuals and “will not stop until justice is served!!!” he wrote. Fox News Digital has reached out to Noel for comment.

“Instead of acknowledging the staff’s mistake, they reportedly told other customers, ‘They have your food,'” Noel wrote. “A few minutes later, these people confronted my son and his friends, and within seconds the situation went far beyond a simple misunderstanding and turned into a violent attack.”
