Prosecutors were allowed to review Tiger Woods’ medical records related to his car crash in Florida in March, which led to his arrest on drunken driving charges.

Judge Darren Steeler last week approved an agreement between Woods’ defense and the State’s Attorney’s Office that allows prosecutors to request records from Cleveland Clinic Martin South Hospital. Woods was taken there after the crash on March 27.

A similar deal was struck in May that gave prosecutors access to all of Woods’ prescription drug records at his Palm Beach, Florida, pharmacy. Records were from the beginning of 2026 to the end of March.

Doug Duncan, who represented Woods in that case, reached an agreement with prosecutors that records from both the hospital and the pharmacy would be allowed to be released only to them, law enforcement, state experts and the defense team.

Woods, who appeared in public for the first time since the vehicle accident that recently made national headlines, pleaded not guilty to drunk driving. During his arrest, he was found with two prescription painkillers in his pocket and also showed signs of disability.
