Trump hits new low in latest approval rating poll

The nationwide survey, which interviewed 1,604 adults, was conducted between May 29 and June 1. YouGov said The survey’s margin of error was ±3.5 percent.

Trump’s latest low in the Economist/YouGov poll comes just a week after the president hit similar measurements in the same survey. Another poll conducted between May 22 and May 26 had Trump’s disapproval rate at 59%, two points lower than this week’s poll.
According to the survey released on May 27, 63 percent of Americans say the economy is getting worse, while 13 percent say the economy is getting better.
Trump’s approval rating has been net negative for nearly a year and has trended more negatively in recent months.
