Two charged with murder after death of three-year-old boy

Two people have been charged with murder following the death of a three-year-old boy in south-east London last month, the Met Police said.
Police were called to the hospital on January 3 after Isiyah Henry was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The three-year-old boy from Woolwich died on January 19.
Following a hearing at Woolwich Crown Court, Tanisha Henry, 28, and Mikael Williams, 30, were charged with murder and causing/allowing the death of a child in connection with Isiyah’s death.
The Met Police said: “Isiyah’s family have been informed and continue to receive support from specialist officers.”
Henry and Williams will appear again at Woolwich Crown Court on April 22.
