Two men face federal charges for threatening ICE officer and wife online

The Great Federal Jury in Georgia accused two men from outside the state of threatening to deliberately harm the US Department of Internal Security (DHS) immigration and customs conservation (ICE).
According to the court documents, Knoxville, 41 -year -old Frank Andrew Waszut of Tennessee, is accused of publishing a video showing the identity of an ICE Officer of an Ice Officer who lives in the northern region of Georgia on Instagram.
Authorities claimed that the video showed that Waszut said: “And he is an Ice agent. This has dropped his mask …. So go and do it famous. And if you see it,” [expletive] Apply the first cell block treatment to him in a public place. You know, catch him alone. “
According to the authorities, “a cell block therapy” seems to be exposed to physical violence.
Three women were allegedly allegedly following the ice agent live and publishing an address on the internet.

Noto Federal was detained and was taken to court on the indictment. Both men were accused by the Federal Great Jury on September 23rd.
“Federal agents deserve to fulfill their duties away from the harassment of keyboard fighters and other provocative harassment,” US Chief Public Prosecutor Theodore S. Hertzberg wrote. “Threatening law enforcement officers and families is not only illegal, but also disgusting. The office will ensure that anyone who threatens a federal agent in North Georgia, or hiding behind the computer screen to scare the close family of this agent.”

Private agent Paul Brown, responsible for Atlanta, added that threats to law enforcement officers threaten the integrity of the justice system.
“The threats of violence against law enforcement and families is not only a situation to be condemned, but also a direct attack on the security and integrity of our justice system,” Brown wrote. “These accusations clearly remind that such threats will not be tolerated and that the law will be prosecuted to the extent permitted.”
