Entrance and exit points to Cuffe Parade
Passengers in Cuffe Parade will have six entry and exit points for easy access:
- World Trade Center
- GD Somani Monument School
- Dhobhi Ghat – Dr Ambedkar Nagar
- Aziz Francis Xavier Chapel
- CHAIRMAN HOTEL
- Ozone Hotel
Train Frequency and Daily Operations
Metro-3 flights will be carried out more frequently every five minutes at heavy hours. Mumbai Metro Metro Railway Company (MMRC) has planned about 280 flights a day along the entire route to increase the connection and comfort.
Metro-3 routes and stages
The entire metro-3 line is 33.9 km with 27 stations:
- Stage 1: From Aarey to BKC (12,69 km), it will be operational from 7 October 2024
- Stage 2: From BKC to Acharya Atre Chowk (9,77 km), will be operational from 9 May 2025
- Last Stage: 11 Station from ACHARYA ATRE CHAWK to CUFFE Pass Ceremony (11.2 km): CUFFE Pass Ceremony, Vidhan Bhavan, Churchgate, Hutatma Chowk, CSMT, Kalbadevi, Girgaon, Grant Road, Mumbai Center, Mahaxmi and Science Museum
Passenger capacity and fees
Metro-3 is expected to serve approximately 1.3 million passengers per day when it becomes fully operational. Fees will vary between 10 RS and 70 RS and trains will work from 5:55 am to 22:30 in the evening.
Connection and integration with other lines
Metro-3, Nariman Point, Cuffe Parade, Fort, Lower Parel, BKC and Seepz connects large commercial centers. At the same time, it connects both terminals of Mumbai International Airport and integrates with the following:
- Metro 1 (Ghatkopar-Versova)
- Metro 2 (Mandalay – DN Nagar)
- Metro 6 (Swami Samarthnagar – Kanjurmarg)
- Metro 7/7A (Dahisar-Airman)
- Chembur Monoraray
