UK, Canadian and Australian Jewish groups plead ‘no’ to UN Palestine recognition

The great Jewish groups in Australia, Canada and the UK begging with their own government to rethink their plans to recognize Palestinian state this month, and said the dramatic diplomatic change will “reward Hamas terrorists.

In a joint statement, the Australian Jewish Jews’ Council of Executive Council, British Jews and the Jewish defender of Canada, defends recognition before the release of Israeli hostages and to remove Hamas from the risks of power that trigger more violence in the problematic region.

“We are worried that our government’s intention to recognize a Palestinian state in the UN this month was seen as an award for violence and rejection of Israel by Hamas, and these announcements have decreased rather than maximum pressure for the release of hostages and release of Hamas.”

“Indeed, Hamas welcomed our governments in the Later in this month as ‘7 October fruits’ in the UN, the intention of recognizing a Palestinian state.

“Farms of extremism, Jews – wild attacks on the citizens of each country and responded to the calls for rise in global violence.

“For the sake of a better future for the Israelis, Palestinians and the wider Middle East, it is imperative to serve this agenda.”

Anthony Albane and Penny Wong committed to recognizing Palestine in the 8th session of the UN General Assembly, which started in New York at the beginning of this month and continued until September 29th.

“Australia has supported Israel since 1947,” he said in a joint statement last month.

“That year, Australian Foreign Minister Evatt presided on the UN committee, which proposes the formation of two states side by side.

“At that time, as it is now, the international community realized that a two -state solution forms the basis of peace and security for the peoples of the region.

“It was the first country to raise his hand in the United Nations to support the 181st decisions to create the Australian, Israeli State and Palestinian state.

“After more than 77 years, the world can no longer expect the implementation of this decision to be negotiated between the parties.”

The Prime Minister and the Foreign Minister also said that his vision for a two -state solution did not include Hamas.

However, Ecaj argues that Western governments should ask Hamas to release hostages and give up the power before accepting recognition.

“While our governments demanded that Hamas to release hostages, abandoning the power and being disarmed, they did not make the fulfillment of these demands to prioritize the recognition of a Palestinian state,” he says.

“Our governments say that after recognition, the fulfillment of these requirements will be taken on confidence and will be left for a period of unidentified period.

“This is a stance that lacks reliability, with limits of recklessness and founded the Palestinian state for failure from the beginning.

“Therefore, he will return to a real peace based on two internationally approved state principles for two peoples.”

The Israeli-Gaza War exploded on October 7, 2023, when Hamas terrorists infiltrated Israel and massacred Israelis.

France, Belgium, Portugal and Malta are planning to get to know Palestine this month.
