Nvidia to invest $5 billion in Intel for AI infrastructure and PCs

In a statement on Thursday, September 18, the company announced that Nvidia’s plans to invest $ 5 billion in technology giant Intel to develop AI infrastructure and PCs of Nvidia’s AI infrastructure and PCs.

“Nvidia will invest 5 billion dollars for Intel’s stock with a procurement price of 23.28 dollars per share. Investment is subject to the usual closing conditions, including the necessary regulatory approvals,” he said.
