Uni student beats investor to buy $1m Fitzroy home with help from mum
A third -class university student paid $ 1,022,000 to buy a Fitzroy Terrace House on Saturday and defeated a Sydney investor to buy the house.

“It was refreshing to see that an investor from Sydney wanted to benefit from Melbourne’s worthless compared to other big cities.”
