Kapavaram-Balabhadrapuram RSK Achieves Rs 816 Crore GSDP

Kakinada: Capavaram-Balabhadrapuram Rythu Seva Kendram Cluster, 2024-25 RS.816 CRORE GSDP recorded, Prime Minister N. Chandrabu Naidu’s Special Secretary (Agriculture), which was presented in the Amaravati, the Special Secretary (Agriculture).
In this context, the efforts of Jagathi Satyveni, who worked as a veterinarian assistant in Rythu Seva Kendram (RSK) in the village of Kapavaram in the Biccavolu mandate in the Eastern Godavari region, were appreciated by the state government.
Meanwhile, the government canceled the RSKs in Balabohadrapuram 1, 2 and 3 and united them with Capavaram. The veterinarian assistant coordinated with those who raised cattle and poultry under the borders of RSK and made suggestions from time to time.
Cluster has 2,42.250 commercial layers and produced 76 Crore eggs. There are 2,500 cows and buffalo, 4,500 sheep and goats. The area contributed to 17 lakh meat and milk.
Deputy Director of Livestock M. Venkateswarlu said that GSDP, which came from eggs, meat and milk through cattle and birds to Deccan Chronicle, reached 816 RS in 2024-25 financially. Following this, they targeted 895.14 crore in 2025-26 and expected a growth of 15 percent.
Satyaveni said that he created awareness about the protection of birds by providing cleaning and appropriate sanitation among poultry farmers. He often inspected how farmers progressed about these applications. As a result, birds grew healthy and received a good price.
In relation to cows, mandates, sheep and goats, the veterinarian assistant gave advice to growers about diseases and vaccines applied. This led to good milk production. Currently, he said he was busy vaccinating animals to prevent foot and mouth disease.
East Godavari Regional Collector Keerthi Chekuri appreciated Satyveni’s efforts and encouraged other employees to inspire him.
