Trump issues chilling threat to Hamas as Gaza descends into bloody civil war: ‘We will have no choice’

President Donald Trump issued a stern warning to Hamas on Thursday as the Palestinian terror group was caught executing fellow Palestinians amid a ceasefire with Israel.

“If Hamas continues to kill people in Gaza, which was not the Agreement, we will have no choice but to go in and kill them,” Trump said in a post to Truth Social. ‘Thank you for your interest in this matter!’

After first downplaying rumors of a civil war in Gaza, Trump has stepped up his rhetoric.

Trump said Tuesday, the day after his whirlwind trip to Israel and Egypt, that Hamas fighters had eliminated “some very bad gangs.”

“It didn’t bother me that much, to be honest,” the president added.

Since then, videos have been shared online showing Hamas fighters participating in what appears to be a public execution.

As part of Trump’s 20-point plan for peace, Hamas members were required to lay down their weapons and give up power; This was something they had not been able to achieve until now.

In return, Hamas members who want to leave Gaza will be given safe passage to another country.

Instead, as Israeli forces retreated, Hamas fighters engaged in violent clashes with rival Palestinian groups.

In a meeting with Argentine President Javier Milei in the Oval Office on Tuesday, Trump warned Hamas that they must abide by the terms of the agreement.

“They will disarm, and if they don’t, we will disarm them, and it will happen quickly and maybe violently,” Trump said.

He didn’t provide additional details on how he would achieve that goal in Thursday’s Truth Social post.

If Hamas does not honor the bargain, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will give the green light to further military action in Gaza, the president told CNN on Wednesday.

The USA sent 200 soldiers to Israel to support the ceasefire, but these soldiers are not sent to Gaza.

It is already widely heralded that Trump will lead to an end to the Gaza war.

The conflict began after the terrorist attack on Israel on October 7, 2023, which resulted in the deaths of at least 1,219 people.

As part of President Donald Trump’s peace deal, Hamas fighters were required to disarm and give up power in Gaza. The president was furious on Thursday after videos circulated showing members of the Palestinian terror group taking part in a public execution.

Around 251 people were kidnapped by Hamas in Israel and brought to Gaza.

The 20 surviving hostages were brought back as Trump left for Israel on Monday.

Since then, Hamas has returned the bodies of nine hostages to Israel, claiming that this was the amount of remains it could send back.

The bodies of the other 19 Israeli hostages remained in Gaza.

Aid is also slowly beginning to arrive in war-torn Gaza, where nearly 67,000 Palestinian civilians have been killed since the start of the war.

White House advisers told reporters in a phone call on Wednesday that “we have no intention of cutting aid as long as this agreement continues.”
