Visakhapatnam Port Authority Deploys Mist Cannon To Beat Heat on Beach Road

Visakhapatnam: Visakhapatnam Port Authority (VPA), as part of its CSR initiative, has installed water misting and fog machine on RK Beach Road and Railway Station Road to get rid of the prevailing heatwave conditions.

The fogging operation will be carried out daily from 11 am to 3 pm between RK Beach and Appughar area, among other important public places, officials said.

Tourists and visitors have appreciated this initiative, stating that it will provide significant relief from extreme summer temperatures.

The temporary deployment of the fog machine aims to reduce the ambient temperature and improve the comfort levels of citizens and tourists until weather conditions improve.
