She later followed up with an Instagram post, sharing a few photos from her arrival at the Raiderettes studio and writing: “I’m officially a Las Vegas Raiderette.”
“My wildest dream has come true and it seems like I’m still trying to find words that feel big enough for this moment,” he wrote.
“For now, I’m incredibly proud and honored to represent Australia in the Silver and Black. I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the @raiders organization and experience first-hand the excellence and professionalism that @raiderettes represent globally.”
Last year, Carroll came close to achieving her dream of joining the Dallas Cowboys cheerleading squad. He was one of 79 finalists from around the world who reached the final stages of the auditions. But despite delving deep into the selection process, he narrowly missed out and failed at the same stage for the second year in a row. Her father, NRL legend Mark, couldn’t hide his pride as he shared an emotional message congratulating his daughter on her success.
“I couldn’t be more proud to write this about my beautiful daughter, Indianna. As a little kid, her dream was always to cheer for an NFL team, and I’m here to announce that she has joined the NFL Raiders roster,” Carroll wrote on Instagram.
