Why one heartland council abandoned Labour

In Barnsley, South Yorkshire, 50 years of Labor rule ended on Friday with Reformation England taking control.

Voters in the area said they wanted to see change, with one saying Labor had abandoned the working class.

For some, their main motivation when voting was to dislike Keir Starmer. BBC UK editor Ed Thomas reports from Barnsley.
