Why Sterling Holidays is moving beyond holiday memberships before its standalone listing

Sterling Holiday Resorts Ltd, part of Thomas Cook India, has halted new holiday memberships to focus on hotel operations and expand its properties. The company plans to increase its revenue model and expand its portfolio to over 95 facilities.
