Wistron shares surge after opening Texas plant for Nvidia AI servers

Wistron said it has created a new model for artificial intelligence infrastructure production based on digital production, energy optimization and local operations.

“The demand for AI factories, the engine of the next industrial revolution, is incredible and they need to be built everywhere,” said Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang.

Wistron said the Fort Worth factory will serve as the core engine of its U.S. manufacturing operations, adding that the investment reflects the next phase of AI infrastructure development.
