Woman, 31, who mugged her pensioner partner in broad daylight before threatening to ‘knock the jaw off’ a good Samaritan is jailed

A good Samaritan was imprisoned.
Califax, 31 -year -old Katie Bland from Greetland, was in a relationship with a man who would frequently abuse and demand money in his 70s.
On January 6, the gentleman left after a discussion, but Bradford Crown Court was told that Brand encountered malicious calls that wanted money.
Around 16.00, he learned that he was at a bus station in Halifax, and he went to the place where he called him a racist word and a ‘dirty dog’ and continued his abusive attack.
Soon after, he caught him by his jacket’s collar and threw it around while demanding cash.
Retired £ 20 offered, but instead asked the bank card and he was aggressive when he refused to deliver.
He offered to go to the cash point with him to withdraw money, but he was intensified on the road and started kicking him on his leg and screaming for him.
A woman who witnessed the attack tried to intervene, but she then opened her, held her with her scarf, and said that she would ‘remove her chin if she didn’t close F ** K.

In his testimony, the elderly gentleman said that he had never been so depressed or worried about his entire presence, as during his relationship with Bland.
The prosecutor was read by Nathan Davis, ‘I wake up and I don’t know how it will be. I abuse every day.
I lost all my friends for my relationship. My friends told me what he looks like and asks for money to buy drugs.
“ Behavior has worsened in the last weeks. It impressed me to the point I wanted to give up.
‘I never want to come home because of the mess in my house.’ ‘
The Court heard that Bland, who participated in a video connection from HMP New Hall with a video connection, had previous criminal convictions and served under a suspension for a separate robbery when he performed crimes on Friday.
Brand was sentenced to two years and three months in Bradford Crown Court.
Shila Whitehead explained in reducing: ‘What he said to me is that he has been detained since January. He said that his behavior was unacceptable and willing to accept help. He accepts these crimes he dies on drugs and is largely dependent on them.
“ He says he has undertaken a series of courses that helped him during his time in prison. He hopes to get help and change his ways and not to have a lifestyle he has lived for three years.
He wants to make changes in front of the court and to lead a life that matches the law. He is in contact with him while in prison and communicating with his family.
“ He says he wants to support him if he wants to devote time to lead a life that matches the law. His family supports him throughout this. There is accommodation for him. They support him and they will be there for him when he is released from prison. ‘
Brand was sentenced to two years and three months in prison.
