Woman fined twice after littering her own parking ticket

A woman was fined extra for garbage after throwing a park ticket to the ground.
The anonymous woman, Cornwall, Falmouth, in a unloaded area after emptied her car after a civilian enforcement officer received the first park ticket.
In the images published by the Local Council, the female ticket continued to break the ticket from the windshield and throw it to the ground. Later, the officer abused verbally. The incident was caught on the officer’s body camera.
Then, in addition to the parking penalty, he received a fixed penalty notification of £ 250 for garbage. Another copy of the parking park fee notification was sent, while the fine was reduced to £ 150 due to early payment.

The Cornwall Council became a third person who was fined £ 250 for a dump while breaking on the offensive.
A man was fined for throwing an egg custard cardboard from his vehicle on a country lane in the St Austell region. Another woman was fined after dropping a drink bottle while climbing a car in Falmouth.
The CCTV of the events was shared with the Council in both cases and the staff conducted more investigations to identify criminals who accepted crimes.
The Council said that both paid £ 150 because of the early repayment option.
Society Safety and Public Health Portfolio, District Council Member Thalia Marrington said: “Cornwall is beautiful and we want to keep it in this way.
“There is no excuse to throw garbage, and when we have evidence of these crimes, we will always try to watch those responsible.
“In addition to public CCTV cameras, more and more people have doorbells and home security cameras that capture such crimes.
“I urge us to inform us to investigate everyone with such images.”
