Two catalysts bitcoin investors should watch

Zach, what’s here to turn things around? You know, I think one of two things could happen. Either sales go out or something positive happens that makes people want to come in. Do you see that type of positive catalyst potentially between now and the end of the year?

Yes. I think what will fundamentally change is more progress on market structure legislation in the U.S. Senate. You know, it’s been a big part of the crypto story this year; Regulatory clarity is driving institutional investment in the asset class. I think we’ll see the ball move further down the field before the year is out. I think this is a significant positive catalyst, a potential positive catalyst for the asset class to consider.

From a more technical perspective, I recommend investors focus on ETF flows. You know, ETF is an incredibly popular vehicle for really all asset classes, but certainly in crypto. We are pleased to continue bringing these tools to market in grayscale. And I think tracking ETF flows is a good barometer for some of the short-term market segments, because as we see some of those flows stabilize, we think that could be confirmation of a bottom. Therefore, I will focus on these two factors, progress in regulatory clarity and ETF flows as potential catalysts for investors to watch through the end of the year.
