The notes highlight Epstein’s particular preferences for age and race when recruiting victims, often under the guise of “massage.”
“The witness described a “desperate period” in which recruiters were “running out of girls,” citing a large group of Brazilians. Epstein, referred to as “JE,” reportedly rejected a “dark-skinned Dominican” girl, stating that he “didn’t want a Hispanic or dark-skinned girl.”
The notes stated that a supplier complained about bringing in “young girls,” but Epstein responded, “Yes, but not dark.”
Other recordings stated that Epstein demanded to see a girl’s ID to “make sure she was under 18” and was disappointed that some of the people brought in were older.
Descriptions included rough sexual encounters in which Epstein made “crazy noises” and paraded victims next to the bathtub while giving instructions to recruiters.
The documents also include photos of bikini-clad girls ages 14 to 17, taken near New York, such as in Manhattan apartments and at high school events.
Partial and Edited Release Sparks Outrage
While talking about the law signed during the Trump administration regarding the release of documents, the reference is made to the Trump law, which requires that unprivileged or partially redacted documents be made available.
Brazilian Recruitment and Connections with Partners
The notes are consistent with his interest in Brazilian victims. Marina Lacerda, codenamed “Minor Victim 1” in the 2019 FBI indictment against Epstein, was finally made public in September 2025. Marina Lacerda, who was abused by a Brazilian immigrant from the age of 14, helped with Epstein’s case. However, she had seen Donald Trump twice during her acquaintance with Epstein.
However, he denied any involvement in any crime. Jean-Luc Brunel partnered with modeling agencies through Epstein’s financing and was accused of showing more than 1,000 girls.
However, in April 2019, she visited Brazil’s modeling agency for model research. Brunel was arrested by French authorities in 2022 for human trafficking and rape.
However, he ended his life in Paris prison on February 19, 2022. Ghislaine Maxwell was identified in Brazil just days after Epstein’s death in August 2019. Epstein committed suicide in a New York prison in August 2019 before being tried for sex trafficking.
