Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor latest: Prince William says he’s ‘not calm’ as fallout from Andrew’s arrest continues

From abdication to Diana, Harry and the former Prince Andrew. A look at the big British royal scandals
Holding prestige but not power, Britain’s monarchy is finely tuned to public sentiment.
This is evident in the embarrassment of former prince Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, who was arrested on Thursday on suspicion of abusing public office and held in custody for nearly 11 hours.
Police are investigating whether Mountbatten-Windsor shared confidential business information with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein when he was then Prince Andrew’s UK trade envoy. The arrest is unrelated to allegations of Epstein’s sex trafficking.
Mountbatten-Windsor has consistently denied any wrongdoing in her relationship with Epstein, but has not commented on the latest allegations stemming from the release of the multimillion-page Epstein dossier by the US Department of Justice.
