Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s bizarre new hobby he loves | Royal | News

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has found a new hobby to occupy himself in exile, a royal writer has claimed. The former Duke of York was humiliated and exiled and moved from his former home, the Royal Lodge at Windsor, to Marsh Farm in Norfolk.
Andrew’s recent fall from grace comes after disturbing details about his relationship with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein emerged after the US released millions of files on him earlier this year. Andrew was also stripped of all royal titles and honors last year following a dramatic decision made by his own brother the King in a bid to distract the Royal Family from the scandal.
Royal author Andrew Lowrie said Andrew had “lost every purpose in life”.
He told the Palace Confidential podcast that Andrew is good with technology and now apparently plays video games to pass the time.
The author said: “He was always a lazy kid, always watching videos or movies, and now he just seems to like playing video games.”
He added that Andrew was “fascinated” by simulation games such as landing planes, and that this “extended into his pilot training”.
The author also revealed that Andrew is partial to Call of Duty, a first-person shooter game that he plays for hours.
Mr Lowrie said: “I think he’s someone who needs discipline. I think the services were good for him. There was a focus and discipline there.”
