Katie Price’s ‘kidnapped’ husband Lee Andrews remains ‘active’ on social media despite being missing for six days – as she begs ‘please help me find him’

Katie Price’s missing husband Lee Andrews has been spotted on social media after Luisa Zissman claimed she saw him ‘active’ online.

Former glamor model Katie, 47, pleaded with fans to help find her ‘kidnapped’ husband, who was last known to have been tied to the back of a van.

Lee has been missing for six days and his wife Katie said she believed he had been kidnapped after he ‘went dark’ in the middle of last week’s conversation.

A report last night revealed Lee’s last messages to his wife in which he claimed he had been arrested near a hostile ‘black site’.

Katie’s friend Luisa joined the search, saying she was on a mission to find Lee, 43, as she returned to Dubai where he was.

Luisa, 38, claimed Lee was spotted online on the Facebook messaging service on Monday as she searched for clues as to his whereabouts.

Sharing the update with her fans, Luisa said: ‘Friends, the first day of searching for Lee Andrews in this missing person case is over. I’m trying to bring Katie Price’s husband home.

‘So we discovered a few things, he was seen as ‘active’ on Facebook messenger six hours ago which suggests that his kidnappers definitely gave him access to social media.

‘You wonder why you don’t reach out for help. Who knows? But I saw this while doing some research on Facebook.’

The Apprentice star told her followers she’s been ‘unsuccessful so far’ in her search for Lee, while sharing videos of herself searching for the businessman on her own page.

Katie revealed at the weekend that her fourth husband was missing, five days after she last heard from him, and claimed he was ‘held tied up in a van’ following his disappearance.

Katie has now released her last communication with Lee in the hope that it will help track down Lee; His mother, Trisha, made a desperate plea for his return.

In the messages sent from 12.36 to 01.01 Dubai time last Thursday morning, the so-called ‘businessman’ told him: ‘He has been arrested. I will contact you. I’m fine xx.’

Trying to get more details, Katie asked him within five minutes: ‘Where is he? From where? “I’m worried,” she said, and told her husband she loved him.

Lee later explained that he did not know where he was taken because they had his ‘other phone’.

Katie asked: ‘How do I reach you if they take your phone? ‘Should I get your father’s number?’

Lee shared his live location and told him to contact the embassy and that he had been taken to a ‘black site’.

The Sun also reported that he gave Katie his father’s number as his emergency contact.

The livestream then ended with the message: ‘Keep it up baby. I love you’.

Lee later backtracked on his claims of being arrested as he told Katie: ‘It’s a black site, I love you, I’ll handle it. I’m in the minibus… I’m just being detained, unfortunately.’

A friend said Sun: ‘As you can imagine, Katie goes completely spiraling. This is NOT a publicity stunt – as if she needs more PR – and no matter what Lee has or hasn’t done, she still loves him.

‘These WhatsApps prove that he was as blind as the rest of us to Lee’s movements. Whatever “he” is, he’s not involved.

‘He is appealing for anyone with information to contact him or the police with any information that could help them find him.’

They added that Lee wanted to know he was safe and then could start ‘asking him some serious questions’.

The Daily Mail has contacted Katie’s rep for comment.

Meanwhile, Lee’s mother, Trisha, 61, gave her first interview since his disappearance.

The psychic medium said the family was concerned about her well-being following her disappearance last week.

Asked if he believed Katie’s theory that she had been kidnapped, he said: ‘I don’t know, it could have been that way. I didn’t see the video.

‘I don’t know the laws there but I didn’t think they would use cable. Wouldn’t they wear handcuffs?’

Trisha added that she thought Katie was ‘exploiting’ the situation on social media, but after her daughter spoke to the television personality, she could see how worried she was.

A friend of Lee’s mother added: ‘No one knows where Lee is going’ and she just wants him to be okay.

This comes after the publication reported that Lee had not been kidnapped as Katie had feared, and was instead holed up in a run-down villa in Dubai.

He is said to have only been speaking to a few of his trusted networks over the burner phone and ‘frantically plotting a way out of this giant hole he’s buried himself in’.

Lee was due to reunite with Katie for a Good Morning Britain interview on Monday, but was unable to board the plane and later claimed he had ‘things to do’ but was still on the road. He also strongly denied reports of a travel ban.

Katie, who married Lee in January after a whirlwind ten-day romance, branded their relationship a ‘soap opera’ after Lee went silent on radio and did not travel to the UK.

The Dubai-based businessman is wanted by Interpol after Hertfordshire Police, which was investigating allegations from an ex-girlfriend, escalated the case.

Meanwhile, Katie, who is heartbroken, is said to have been on the phone with lawyers in the last 24 hours, looking for a lawyer.

Clemmie Moodie, Deputy Editor of The Sun, also claims she is the latest of Lee’s victims after being scammed out of £1,000.

He also reported that Katie was promised money from Lee and that he showed her checks she had apparently deposited into his account, but the money never showed up.

He was also told that he was given a credit card and that it did not work. The television personality is said to believe this was due to the wrong pin.

But Katie is now said to be ‘horrified’ by claims Lee defrauded another woman of £1,000 and wants to eventually find her.

The Daily Mail has contacted Lee, Interpol and Hertfordshire Police for comment. Katie’s rep declined to comment.

Meanwhile, Katie took to Instagram on Monday night to say she was experiencing terrible “anxiety” and feeling overwhelmed after a traumatic week as she wrapped up her CBD sponsorship.
