Caitlin Clark debuts signature Nike shoe during Fever tunnel walk

Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark turned the pregame tunnel into a promotional moment on Thursday, arriving at Gainbridge Fieldhouse smiling while carrying her first signature shoe in her right hand. His hoodie also featured the phrase “Shoot more threes.”

The Fever shared a photo and video from Clark’s tunnel walk on the team’s verified social media accounts ahead of the Atlanta Dream game. Publish on X It quickly racked up tens of thousands of views on Thursday.

Nike gave women’s basketball fans a first look at the Caitlin 1 sneakers on Wednesday, ahead of their October release.

The first colorway will be available in an all-blue silhouette that includes Clark’s new signature logo. The Nike Caitlin 1s are scheduled to release on October 1st via the Nike SNKRS app and select retailers.

The shoes will be available in North America for $140, while international customers are expected to pay the equivalent of $135.

With the official Caitlin 1 release, Clark joins four other active WNBA players who own signature shoes from major brands. Other active WNBA stars with signature sneakers are Angel Reese with Reebok, Breanna Stewart with Puma, Sabrina Ionescu with Nike, and A’ja Wilson with Nike.

Clark and Indiana entered Thursday’s contest on a five-game winning streak, but the Dream ended it with a 108-101 victory in Indianapolis. While Clark broke his team’s record with 26 points and 7 assists, Reese recorded a double-double in Atlanta with 21 points and 10 rebounds.
