Telangana HC Orders Quality Food in Gurukuls
Haydarabad: On Tuesday, the Supreme Court of TaLangana sought a statement of 110 students who took sick due to food poisoning at Jyothiba Phule BC Refah Gurukul School in the Nagarkurnool region in Uyalawada.
A Chief Justice Call Aparesh Kumar Singh and Justice Gm Mohiuddin, Achil Sriguru TEJA was dealing with a pilla that defies the implementation of the National Children’s Rights Guides Commission in the hostels and schools.
His lawyer Chikkudu Prabhakar argued that suitable accommodation facilities were not provided for students in Gurukul schools and that nutritious foods were not provided. After consuming contaminated food, he said that 110 students should shift to the hospital after getting sick to Uyalawada Gurukul school.
After listening to the discussions, the counter government directed the government to make a statement about the incident and adjourned the hearing to September 3.
