3 men charged by police in drug trafficking, firearm probe

Two Toronto men and an American man face numerous charges after a Toronto Police drug trafficking and firearm investigation.

On Saturday, cops were conducting enforcement in the Weston and Bradstock Rds. area in relation to community complaints of drug dealing when it’s alleged officers observed the three people engaged in drug trafficking and arrested them.

Police say two loaded handguns, cocaine and cash were seized.
Ramon Portillo Serrano, 27, of Toronto, faces four firearm-related charges, one drug-related charge and a charge of possession of proceeds obtained by crime.
Jeffrey Jackson, 33, of Toronto, faces 10 firearm-related charges, three drug-related charges and a charge of possession of proceeds obtained by crime.
Ty Baylor, 27, of Virginia, faces one charge of possession of a scheduled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
